Our name is inspired by nature’s original civil engineers—the industrious moles. Despite their cute appearance, these little creatures are incredibly skilled, capable of digging tunnels at a rate of up to 15 feet per hour—faster than some machinery I’ve seen!
Living in their intricate underground networks, they tirelessly move vast amounts of soil daily in search of food, much like the hardworking individuals in our industry. This is why we chose the name Mole Recruitment—because we’re always on the hunt for the perfect “Mole” to fit the perfect role :).
