Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mini piling and soil anchors to oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for mini piling and soil anchor projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and company policies, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Skills and Competencies
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience, specifically in mini piling and soil anchoring projects.
- Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles, mini piling techniques, and soil anchoring systems.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
